Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office.
General Policies
Each admission ticket serves as a revocable license. The school administration/ production staff retains the right, without refund, to deny entry or remove any individual whose conduct is considered by the administration/production staff to be unsafe or disruptive. This includes but is limited to, the use of inappropriate, vulgar, or abusive language, failure to adhere to school policies, or non-compliance with the terms and conditions outlined in school/show guidelines, show licensing, or any other relevant policies.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Clayton Valley Charter Performing Arts).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
